We hope everyone had
a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We continue with the weight
loss challenge. It wasn't too difficult. The changes I made to the
Stuffing made it better. We ate well on Christmas and did not gain an
ounce.
We are now 10 weeks
into
the plan, between the two of us, we have lost 78 pounds. We
continue workouts to our routine, but everyday we still eat HCE
recipes. My wife and I, are still eating the Spaghetti and Meatballs. It's
so good we have not gotten tired of it. We have also added the Meatball Subs

Cheesecakes. You will be asking, where's the fat?
We apologize for not keeping up with the weekly menus. We will try to
do a better job.
These recipes do not leave you starving. You might
even feel
a little guilty after eating some meals because with these recipes the
guilt is only implied!
